Training and Development Policy

Effective Date: Monday, April 14, 2025

This Agreement is between AI Arkitech, LLC (AA), 830 N John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34741, and the Registrant (Individual or Business) whose information will be provided on the payment form.

1. Registration and Payment

Users must complete the registration process and make full payment before the start of the course. AI Arkitech reserves the right to reject any registration for any reason.

2. Agreement

By signing up for any class or event, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to AI Arkitech's Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and Media Waiver.

3. No Refund Policy

AI Arkitech adopts a No-Refund Policy for all our classes. Once a user registers and makes the appropriate payment, they acknowledge that these funds will be used to reserve their spot in the program. Due to the nature of the services provided by AI Arkitech and the costs associated with providing the classes, we do not offer refunds.

4. No Replays

In line with our No Refund Policy, we also do not provide replays of our classes. It is the responsibility of the user to attend the classes they have registered for. AI Arkitech will not provide recordings, transcriptions, or other forms of class documentation to the user for any reason.

5. Attendance and Participation

Users are expected to attend all scheduled classes, whether online or in-person. They are also expected to participate actively in the class and to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the class without a refund.

6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by AI Arkitech are the intellectual property of AI Arkitech. Users are granted a license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials without the express written permission of AI Arkitech.

7. Media Waiver

By participating in any AI Arkitech class or event, users grant AI Arkitech the right to capture their image, voice, and other forms of likeness. This includes but is not limited to, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings.

The users agree that AI Arkitech may use these recordings for promotional, commercial, educational, or other business purposes without further consent or compensation. AI Arkitech retain the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such recordings in any medium.

Users who do not wish to have their likeness used as described above must notify AI Arkitech in writing prior to participating in the class or event.

8. Privacy Policy

AI Arkitech collects and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By signing up for a class, users agree to this policy.

9. Changes to Class Schedules

AI Arkitech reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, including changing the time, date, or location of a class or canceling a class entirely. In the event of a significant change or cancellation, registered users will be notified and given the option to transfer to a different class or receive credit for a future class.

10. Hold Harmless

Users agree to hold harmless AI Arkitech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, due to or arising out of their participation in any class or event, their violation of these Terms and Conditions, or their violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any copyright, proprietary, or privacy rights.

11. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent

Services may be used by individuals of all ages; however, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Services.
Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their child's access and use of the Services.
We may request age verification and parental consent documentation as necessary.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Arkitech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of their violation of these Terms and Conditions, their violation of any law, or their violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any copyright, proprietary, or privacy rights.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

AI Arkitech provides their classes and course materials 'as is' without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. AI Arkitech will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of its classes or course materials

14. Agreement

By signing up for any class or event, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to AI Arkitech's Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and Media Waiver.
